HM12 Hammer Mill

The HM12 Hammer Mill is a versatile mid-capacity mill perfect for operations that process several products driven by two separate motors, one for the electric rotary valve and the other for the crushing blades. Material is fed into the electric rotary valve from the inlet, which delivers it at a uniform speed to the crushing chamber. Once the material enters the crushing chamber, it is pulverized by the high-speed rotating blades. When the particle size of the crushed material is smaller than the mesh size of the screen, it passes through the screen holes and falls into the container below through the discharge outlet.

Hammer Mill : Product Description

The HM12 machine is an advancement of the HM6 model. Despite crushing and grinding ingredients to finer particles, it produces in larger volumes as well. It adheres to the Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations, making it a highly dependable and demanded hammer mill design for manufacturing.

It contains a stainless steel structure rendering this machine rustproof. Thus, maintaining hygiene as required in the medicine and food processing industry. The HM12 machine has accurately positioned crushing knives attached to the rotor, which squeeze and grind coarse materials and raw fragments. The milling chamber is well covered to ensure safety. This HM12 model has a hammer mill output size of 400 to 800 kg/hr., which is a high yield over a minimal interval. The rotating hammer mill with knives can reach a high-speed of 20000 rpm. The HM12 uses electric motors that are efficient and ensure European Conformity (CE Compliant) with a power utilization of 5.5kw. The hammer mill motor provides a stabilized processing capacity. furthermore, it has a simple component structure that allows the easy and fast dismantle for adjusting or renewal of the rotor and screen parts. It also has a size of L*W*H 800*800*1360mm, enabling it to function in large scale production.

Feed hopper- This is the mouth of the machine whose dimension enables the hammer mill output size of 800kg/h.                                                                                                

Pneumatic rotary valve- Air pressure is maintained here as pharmaceutical ingredients pass through the sections with different air conditions.  The valve ensures constant pressure at all points.

Crushing chamber- This chamber houses hammers and the electric hammer mill motor that Grinds, crushes, and pulverizes materials.

Control box- This is a part that has many switches for controlling the HM12 machine. It is the hammer mill operation manual where synchronization limits and machine functionalities get determined. The control box has a display panel that enables the user to monitor all processing activities conveniently.
