Operation Process Of Equipment
- Put the electromagnetic induction Cap sealing machine flat on the stability table, and plug in the 220V power supply.
- Put the bottle to be sealed flat on the conveyor belt, adjust the lifting hand wheel, so that the sealing bottle can just pass through the bottom of the sealing head smoothly. Generally, the distance between the bottle cap and the sealing head should not exceed 5 mm, and the large diameter bottle should leave the sealing head 8 mm. The greater the distance of the sealing head, the weaker the power, the greater the diameter of the sealing bottle, the greater the power of the mouth.
- Start the conveyor belt for operation. First, check whether the bottle can pass through the center of the sealing head bottom, and keep the mouth parallel to the head to avoid one side being higher than the other.
- the machine has a slow start protection device, and it can only begin formal operation about 5 seconds after being turned on.
- In order to ensure the stable sealing quality, the bottle must be adjusted to pass through the center of the sealing head.(note: because the thickness of each bottle cap is different, the working time should be relatively extended with the thickness of the bottle cap).
Fault Detection
- If the sealing effect is not stuck
Please observe the ammeter when the bottle passes through the coil. If the current beating is relatively small, the distance between the bottle port and the generator needs to be adjusted (adjust up or lower according to the diameter of the bottle port). The normal current beating is about 2-4A.
- If the seal is uneven between the left and right sides
Please adjust the position of the bottle on the delivery line. If the left cannot be sealed, place it slightly to the right.
- conveyor belt speed adjustment
The speed of the conveyor belt also has an impact on the sealing effect. When debugging, the speed is adjusted to about 20 first, and then speed up the speed appropriately.
Note: Before each time of changing different specifications of bottles for use, height adjustment is required to be carried out and batch sealing production is carried out after testing.
