SHDD800A Single Column Bin Blender Description:

The SHDD800A Bin Blender is a machine widely used in the pharmaceutical, food and beverages, and dairy industries. It is used for the uniform mixing of ingredients. Good quality production and a greater quantity of products are its prime objectives.

The 800A Blender Bin works at a speed of 2-12 rpm and has a power of 7.7kW. Its processing capacity is up to 400kg. therefore, it processes huge loads and is suitable for large-scale production. This machine weighs around 1700 kg but its compact structure makes it easier to store and place.

Moreover, our machines including the SHDD800A blender are automatic and easy to use. It is also equipped with a touch screen which makes it convenient to use.

The SHDD800A is also based on the standard bin blender working principle. To operate it, user has to push the mixing hopper into the gyrator arm and locking the nut. Then the control system is started and the hopper is raised to the mixing height. The control system will automatically carry out the mixing process according to the process data.

It is positioned horizontally when the process is finished. The hopper is lowered to the ground, the machine stops, and process data is printed. To proceed with the next process, you have to loosen the locknut of the gyrator arm, push the hopper out and then move on to the next process.
