How Do The Bottle Unscramblers Work?

 

Bottles are put into the integrated low profile supplying hopper randomly. On demand, they are softly lifted and put into the rotary pre-feeder basin. As the pre-feeder rotates, the containers are single-filed to a configurable slide chute, where they enter an innovative “Stand Up Unit,” which positions bottles upright straight onto the conveyor. The  models turn, ionize, vacuum/clean, and position the bottles before placing them upright on the conveyor. When the containers are upright, they depart onto an additional take-away conveyor for the next downstream process.

 

For conventional orientation, the machine uses no air, no vibration, and few, if any, changing components to accommodate different sizes, shapes, and materials.
