Bottle unscramblers are widely used in pharmaceutical enterprises for automatically aligning plastic bottles of various shapes and sizes, and for orienting output. It is an ideal auxiliary equipment for various plastic bottle production lines. It can also be used in the chemical, light industry, food and beverage industries, or in conjunction with different automatic packaging production lines.

In pharmaceutical production lines, it is used to organize various pharmaceutical containers, such as glass or plastic bottles, to ensure the bottles can accurately enter the next step of filling, sealing or labeling.

Bottle unscrambler is a device used for automatic sorting and transportation of bottles. It is widely used in the production lines of pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, chemical and other industries. It uses automated technical means to organize messy bottles (such as plastic or glass bottles, etc.) into a single and neat queue in a specific direction to facilitate the smooth progress of subsequent filling, sealing, labeling, and other processes. Senieer bottle unscramblers adapt to bottles of different sizes and shapes such as round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, and to some extent, irregularly shaped bottles.
  • High capacity: The storage bottle has a large capacity, with a hopper volume greater than 250 liters. It meets the continuous operation time of more than 30 minutes for 50ml bottles.
  • Automated control: Equipped with a photoelectric control device, the bottle unscrambler can automatically stop supplying bottles when the downstream process is blocked, and automatically sends bottles when the downstream process is short of bottles.
  • Enclosed structure: The machine features a fully enclosed structure, ensuring stable operation. It utilizes an acrylic organic glass cover and pneumatic control with gas springs, which is simple and convenient, providing sealing and dust prevention.
  • Reverse bottle detection: There is a reverse bottle detection and rejection device, which uses an air blowing device to reject when a reverse bottle is detected optically.
  • Overload protection: Features motor overload protection and displays motor faults on the touchscreen.
  • Frequency converter: Equipped with Siemens frequency converters. The bottle sorting speed is adjustable within the range of 10-150 bottles per minute. The machine uptime exceeds 99.9%, and the noise level is <70dB.
  • Automatic bottle unscrambling: Can organize the disordered bottles into a state where all bottle mouths are facing upwards and send them to the next process, no tipping-over bottles or requiring manual bottle placement.

  • Here are the working process of bottle unscrambler. Pouring the bottles into the bottle storage bin of the bottle unsrambler, which automatically feeds them into the bottle sorting bin through an elevator with photoelectric detection capabilities. Using the corresponding sorting discs and automatic bottle dispensing mechanisms, as well as a device for reverse bottle photoelectric detection, the machine automatically inverts the bottles, organizing them so that all bottle mouths face upwards in a consistent manner, and then neatly arranges them on the conveyor line to proceed to the next process.
    The bottle unscrambler usually contains two parts: bottle lifting mechanism and bottle sorting device. Bottle lifting mechanism includes motor, bottle plate, hopper, bottle bin, enclosure board. Bottle sorting device contains motor, transition gear, friction plate, large gear, main shaft, bottle sorting disc, screw, hopper.

    1. Preparation stage

  • Check if the power supply is a three-phase five-wire system with the specified rated voltage and rated current.
  • Check if the main power supply is connected to the machine.
  • Check if the equipment is well grounded.
  • Check for any irrelevant debris left inside the electrical control box, and ensure that all connectors and sockets inside the electrical control box are properly plugged in.
  • Inspect the emergency brake switches located at the entrance and exit ends to see if they have popped up. Inspect the lubrication condition of the bearings on each rotating shaft.
  • Inspect whether the gear located in the transmission device is secure, and if all the fastening screws have been fully tightened.
  • Inspect the bottle sorting disc and the bottle outlet board to ensure they match the specifications of the produced bottles.
  • 2. starting up machine

  • Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch; at this point, the touchscreen on the operation panel lights up, and the control circuit is connected.
  • Pour the empty bottles that need to be sorted into the storage hopper of the bottle unsrcambler, and then press the button of main machine and lifting start on the screen in sequence. The feeding, bottle dispensing, and bottle sorting motors begin to operate. The motor starts to enter the working state.
  • When the feed photoelectric sensor detects the object (with signal), the feed motor automatically stops; when there is no signal, the feed motor starts. When the bottle on the output conveyor belt accumulates, and the sorting photoelectric sensor detects the bottle (with signal), the machine is automatically stopped; when there is no signal, the motor starts. Bottle discharge motor is independently controlled and can be selected freely according to the needs.
  • After stopping operation, press the stop button, then turn off the power.
