The equipment works on a fluid bed dryer principle of fluidization of the feed materials. In the fluidization process of the fluid bed dryer working, after Air handling unit purified (G4 first filter, F8 secondary filter and H13 HEPA filter) and heated, the hot air is introduced at high pressure from the bottom of the product container, passes through the air flow distribution plate of the product container, moist solid granules are lifted from the bottom and suspended in a stream of air, form fluidized status in the raw material vessel. Heat transfer is accomplished by direct contact between hot gases and wet solid. The moisture is carried away by the drying air. The process will be carried out continuously and repetitively to form ideal and even dry granules. For saving energy, the exit air is partially recycled.
