Weighing measurement: Adjust the set two-level weight parameters of fast and slow (corresponding to the two-level filling speed of fast and slow) to change the speed of the filling screw rotation, thereby adjusting the filling speed and accuracy.

The powder filling system operates through a precise weighing and filling mechanism that ensures accurate dosing while maintaining efficiency. The process is controlled by an electronic scale, sensors, and a screw feeding system, which work together to achieve high-speed, high-precision powder filling.
1. Power and System Initialization
- The machine is connected to a three-phase four-wire power supply and linked to key components, including the electronic scale, filling switch, and material level switch.
- Once powered on, the system initializes, and the user navigates to the work screen.
2. Calibration and Parameter Setup
- The tare weight of the bag (25g) and the packing specification (500g) are set in the system.
- A standard weight (≥500g) or a known object is placed on the electronic scale to verify accuracy. If inaccuracies occur, calibration is performed.
3. Screw Feeding Mechanism
- The system uses a ∅50 screw tube to transport the flour powder.
- The feed motor drives the screw, ensuring counterclockwise rotation for smooth and consistent powder flow.
- If the rotation is incorrect, the U, V, W power lines are adjusted.
- A stirring function is activated to prevent clumping and ensure uniform powder distribution.
4. 500g Flour Packing Process and Multi-Stage Dosing
The filling process is executed in two stages: fast and slow filling, ensuring precision and efficiency.

5. Error Detection and Adjustment (500g Flour Example)
- The system continuously monitors the actual filling weight.
- If the error is within ±1% (±5g), a short “drop” alarm If it exceeds this range, a long “drop” alarmis triggered.
Adjustment Based on Error:
If the weight exceeds 500g (e.g., 503g):
- Reduce slow filling weightby 3g (set to 492g).
If the weight is below 500g (e.g., 498g):
- Increase slow filling weightby 2g (set to 497g).
If the error is between 10g and 20g:
- Adjust Fast filling weight accordingly:
- If the fast filling time is too long, increase the fast filling weight to shorten the fast
- If the fast filling time is too short, decrease the fast filling weight to extend the fast
