Our R&D range includes high shear granulators and our MiniLab RC. Our MiniLab RC can realize the module interchange of dryer and coater on the same platform. These three laboratory equipment enable you to complete processes such as mixing, wet granulation, hot melt granulation, pellet coating, fluid bed granulation with top or tangential spray, granule and tablet coating, which provide the best possible basis for your research and development.

Our compact and flexible MiniLab RC and Midlab RC systems are suitable for R&D and pilot production, while the CAP series is suitable for pilot and scale production. The production series equipment can complete the perfect “process scale-up” from R&D/pilot to production. The fluid bed processor enables almost all granulation techniques including top, bottom, tangential spray granulation and Wurster technology for maximum compatibility.
Our product line also includes single-tank systems that allow the mixing, granulation and drying processes to be completed in the same equipment.
