Its precision-controlled shear force enables uniform distribution of the ingredients, hence ideal for pilot-scale and specialty product manufacturing.Typically, the granulation process is completed within 5-15 minutes, resulting in uniformly sized granules that exhibit excellent flowability after drying. Due to its short mixing time and minimal frictional heat generation, it is particularly suitable for heat-sensitive materials. The entire granulation process takes place in a sealed container, ensuring no dust contamination of cleanroom air and no cross-contamination.

Details of SRMG Series Rapid Mixer Granulators
Senieer SRMG Series Rapid Mixer Granulators are multi-functional high shear mixers for various material processes such as milling, drying, or granulation. It has a high-quality stainless steel make and advanced dust handling ability. Our devices are compliant with the strict cGMP standards.
With a fully automatic system, Senieer’s SRMG 100 is most suitable for small and medium-scale processing of OEB 5 compounds. It has a feeding capacity ranging from 20 kgs to 40 kgs. With a high feeding capacity and impeller power of 11 kW, SRMG 100 makes milling, granulation, and mixing convenient and efficient. It can be easily integrated with a fluid bed drier.
Material is fed into the granulating pot of the High shear Mixer head through a material feeding lifter. After this impeller, centrifugal force function and the spray gun injection provide pressure for the dosing system. The cutting knife rotates at high speed at the same time. The material containing OEB 5 Compounds is safely bonded into hollow particles in the pot body. After granulation in the high shear mixer, the material is transported through a vacuumed, air-tight pipeline to a fluid bed drier.
The Device has a chopper with a 3kW power motor and a 3kW Miller. High-speed blending impellers and choppers reinforce the chopping and blending of the materials. It also has Safety Guard rails to maintain a safe distance between the machine and the operator.
