  • Checking: check mesh screen, sieve decks, clamp ring, dust cover, bouncing balls, ball retaining rings, and other parts, to make sure the whole machine is secured and intact.
  • Feeding: put materials needed to be separated into the sifter through the inlet.
  • Start up machine: turn on the power supply, and the motor operates to make the sifter vibrate to screen and separate materials.
  • Screening: the materials will pass through the screen based on their particle sizes, and the vibration forces oversize materials move to the edge of the screen and be discharged quickly. And the required particles will pass through the sieve into the lower layer of the sifter.
